Our service charter forms the backbone of our service delivery.

GMT OPERATIVES WILL:
  • Always respect the customers' property, behave in a responsible and professional manner and shall not smoke or use existing facilities without prior permission of the customer.
  • Agree the level of protection provided in each area with the customer before work commecnses.
  • Agree with the customer where materials can be stored and vehicles parked.
  • Keep the customer advised throughout the progression of the work.
  • Ensure that the nature of the work is explained to the customer.
  • Ensure each area of work is left clean and tidy.
  • Give the customer the name and telephone number of the company representatives.
  • Shall not use language or behave in a manner that is likely to be offensive but not limited to race, sex, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, age or disability.
